Book a FREE Consultation

I understand that making the first step toward seeking support can feel daunting. That’s why I, Louise Bowyer, offer a free, no-obligation 20-minute phone consultation to help you explore if counselling is the right path for you.

What the Consultation Offers

This initial conversation is a chance for us to connect in a relaxed and informal setting. You can use this time to:

  • Discuss your concerns and what you hope to gain from therapy.
  • Ask any questions about my integrative approach, my experience (especially with the legal profession or menopause), and how our sessions would work.
  • Determine if we are a good fit. Finding the right counsellor is crucial for successful outcomes, and this is your opportunity to feel comfortable with my style.

Serving Baldock and Beyond

I offer a warm welcome to clients in Baldock, Ashwell, Letchworth, and Hitchin, whether you choose in-person, online, or Walk and Talk sessions.

If you are ready to explore your options, please contact me via my contact page to arrange your free consultation. Let’s talk soon and find a way forward together.
